Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Ampulus Health ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.ampulus.ng website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and our emergency medical services.

You agree that by accessing the Site and/or using our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and/or our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Services

Ampulus Health provides emergency medical services, ambulance services, and related healthcare services in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Emergency medical response and treatment
• Ambulance transportation
• Critical care transport
• Event medical coverage
• Medical training and education

By using our services, you acknowledge that Ampulus Health does not replace the need for regular medical care from your primary healthcare provider. Our emergency services are designed to provide immediate care in emergency situations.

Medical Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, call our emergency hotline at +234 807 045 8561 immediately. Our emergency response team will provide instructions and dispatch appropriate medical assistance.

You understand and agree that in emergency situations, our primary focus is on providing life-saving care, and we may need to make decisions based on the information available at the time.

User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service.
2. You will provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
3. You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. You will not interfere with the proper operation of our services.

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services vary depending on the type of service provided, distance traveled, treatments administered, and other factors. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments.

For emergency services, our primary focus is on providing immediate care. Billing and payment discussions typically occur after care has been provided, unless arrangements have been made in advance.

You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of our services at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If you dispute any charges, you must notify us within 30 days of the billing date.

Insurance

Ampulus Health works with various insurance providers. However, coverage for our services depends on your specific insurance plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your coverage for emergency medical services.

You authorize us to bill your insurance provider for services rendered. However, you remain ultimately responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.
